ALBANY- Frank Specker, 51, died suddenly, Saturday, March 23, 2013 at home. Born in Los Angeles, CA, he lived most of his life in Albany. Frank is survived by his mother, Alice Sumiko Inouye and his aunt Nobuku Von Kamecke. He will be missed by his many friends at RSS.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave. All are welcome to attend.
