RORABACK, MARJORIE H.

GUILDERLAND-Marjorie H. Roraback, formerly of the Atria Guilderland went to her eternal rest on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY. Born and educated in Albany she was the daughter of the late Harold and Helena (Gerstenberger) Roraback. Miss Roraback was a stenographer with the State Department of Public Works, Bureau of Contracts and Accounts for many years. Through the years she volunteered for the American Red Cross and was a member of United Voluntary Services. She loved music and belonged to a singing group that entertained at hospitals and nursing homes. Miss Roraback was a long time member of the First Lutheran Church.

She is survived by many dear friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 12, 2010 at 10:30 am in the First Lutheran Church, 181 Western Ave., Albany. Friends are invited to attend and may also call at the Church on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 am prior to the service. Interment will be in Chestnut Lawn Cemetery in Ravena.
