Romano, Jody Anne

CLIFTON PARK - Jody Anne Romano, 37, died suddenly, Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010. Born in Schenectady, she was daughter of Kathleen Ward Romano and the late Joseph V. Romano, Jr. Jody was a graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names and St. Anslem College in Manchester, NH where she earned her degree in Nursing. She was a member of the Malta Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Michael D. Romano; and cousins Barry Romano and Gloria Romano. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010 at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church (formerly St. James Church) 391 Delaware Ave. Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave., Albany on Monday, Dec. 13, 2010 from 4-7 pm. Burial will follow the Mass in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Those who wish may send memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Assoc., 7 Washington Sq., Albany, NY 12205.
