COHOES- Phillip D. Quinlan, 90 passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 Born in West Springfield, MA he was the son of the late Albert A and Cora (Jerdo) Quinlan.

Phil worked for General Electric as a Nuclear Engineer for many years. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War.

Husband of Beverly (Bower) Quinlan; father of Joann (Mike) Maitland of Maryville, TN; grandfather of Rebecca Maitland and Jackelyn Geldert; great-grandfather of Hendrix Vargo, Noah Geldert and Liliana Geldert; step-fater of Lynne (James) Swanson. Phil was predeceased by his first wife, Virginia Quinlan.
