Patricia D. Dziamba

Patricia (Finn) Dziamba, 81, of Rensselaer NY passed away peacefully with her beloved children by her side on April 18, 2024. She was the wife of the late George Dziamba who passed away in 2010 and the daughter of the late James and Dorothy Finn.

She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved cooking, her Irish music, going to her camp at Schroon Lake, NY and traveling.

Survived by son: Daniel (husband Dennis) of Rennselaer, NY daughter: Maria of Rensselaer, NY Grandchildren: Codie (wife Brittany) of Craryville, NY. Emily of Hudson, NY, Anthony of Bradenton, Florida: Great grandchildren: Ellie Sweet, Skylar and Chase Dziamba. Brother Terrance (wife Jill) of Arkansas and sister Joan of Arkansas, several nieces and nephews.

Patricia is predeceased by her brothers James, Rory, and her sister Mary Finn.

The family would like to thank the staff at Samaritan Hospital of Troy, NY and Community Hospice of the Capital Region for their care and support of Patricia during the last few weeks of her time here.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday April 23, 2024, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Avenue, Albany, NY 12209. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday April 24, 2024, at 10:30 am in St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 391 Delaware Avenue, Albany, NY 12209. Burial will follow in the family plot of Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Patricia can be made to The Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S. Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208.
