Palmisano, Mary L.

ALBANY- Mary L. Palmisano, 87, died at home on Friday July 20, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Albany she was the daughter of the late Martino and Maria (Baccara) Palmisano. She was a graduate of Cathedral Academy and attended Russell Sage College. Miss Palmisano retired in 1993 after a lifelong banking career with First Trust Co., Banker’s Trust, First American Bank and Key Bank. She was a communicant of the former St. James Church, now St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

Survivors include her sister, Angela Allen; her brother, Cataldo R. Palmisano; her nieces Donna Williams and Janet (Jack Riley) Chiachiaretta, and nephew Christopher Armando; great-nieces and nephews Kevin (Morgan) Williams, Jaimie (Scott) Williams- Petersen and Diana Chiachiaretta; great-great niece Marissa Williams and several other great-great nieces and great-great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Grace Armando and brothers-in-law, Charles Armando and Walter Allen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 25th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 391 Delaware Ave., Albany. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
