Motta, Jean H.

ALBANY- Jean H. (Cleary) Motta, 85, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 06, 2017 at home. Born and educated in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Hannah (Andersen) Cleary. Jean spent her entire working career in banking and retired from Trustco Bank.She was a longtime communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred T. Motta; her brothers Henry Cleary and Charles Strom; sisters Swanhild Riberdy and Thelma Rogers. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.A special thank you to Debbie and Frank Spath for their love and support.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with her family on Tuesday, October 10 from 4-7 pm in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Oct 11, at 9:00 am in Blessed Sacrament Church, 609 Central Avenue. Inurnment will follow the Mass in the Mausoleum of St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
