Mocker, Phyllis M.

GLENMONT – Phyllis M. (Goes) Mocker, 86, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 06, 2022. Born in Selkirk the daughter of Cornelius and Wilhelmenia Goes, she graduated from Cathedral Academy. Phyllis worked as an accountant with Three Farm Dairy. She was a longtime communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Bernard Mockerand her brother William Goes. Phyllis is survived by her siblings Marie Frasier, Joan Goes, Cornelius (Louise) Goes and Helen (Donald) O’ Donnell; nieces Alicia Ortale and Michele Murray; and grandniece Lauryn Stewart. Also survived by her nephew Neal Goes, nieces Linda Watson and Joann Rock; and her best friend Marion Winter.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with her family on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 10 am to 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 391 Delaware Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment will follow the Mass in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry, or St. John’s –St. Ann’s Outreach.
