Marx, Irving “Butch”

ALBANY- Irving “Butch” Marx, Jr. 70 passed away after a long illness on Monday July 25, 2022.

Born and educated in Schenectady he was the son of the late Irving and Shirley (Horn) Marx, Sr.

Butch loved the Buffalo Bills, NY Mets and NASCAR. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and guitars.

He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife Susan Bruso Marx; his devoted dog Buddy; his siblings Donna Marx, Pam Marx, Deborah (the late Frank) DiCocco and Michael Colton; four children, 1 step-son and many grandchildren. Butch was predeceased by his sisters Denise and Shirley Marx and his brother Joseph Colton.

Services will be heldprivately.
