Mann-Hannan, Lisa D.

EAST BERNE- Lisa D. Mann-Hannan, 65, passed into eternal life on Saturday, June 16, 2018 surrounded by her family and friends after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.

Lisa was a hard working dedicated employee at Albany Medical Center for 40 years. Lisa loved visiting Florida, especially 44 Market. She also loved riding her Harley. But, her true passions were her family, her horses and her farms. When she was not at her full time job she could usually be found riding horses or out in the fields fixing fences and doing other chores. She was always on the go.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Patrick; her loving daughters, Michele (John) Hessel and Erika Geist; her mother Virginia Mann and her brother, James (Mary) Mann. She was preceded in death by her father, William Mann.

In lieu of services, a celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at Saddlebrook Acres Farm, 244 Long Road, East Berne, NY.
