ALBANY- Frank V. Maclutsky, 99, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Teresian House.
Born and educated in Albany, He was the son of the late William and Lena Natavitz Maclutsky.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran. Mr. Maclutsky was a chauffeur for BT Babbot Company. He also worked in the maintenance and grounds department of Sterling Drug from where he retired.
Frank enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his wife Dorothy at their camp at Ottenburg’s in Whitehall, NY.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy E. Lasher Maclutsky; children James Maclutsky (Joann) and Donald Maclutsky (Cynthia); grandchildren David (Cathy), Brian (Jackie) and Jeff (Kellyn); great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Gabrielle, and Emery; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Michael and his seven brothers and sisters Caroline Franklin, Ann Tatko, Alexander and John Maclutsky, Gladys VanAppledorn, Stella DeNuccio and Frances Thorne.
Relatives and friends are invited and may visit with his family Monday, January 31, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave. His Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am in the funeral home. Interment withmilitary honors will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
