Kathleen M. Myers

Kathleen M Myers, 68, of Albany passed away on January 31, 2024, at St. Peters Hospital after a long, brave battle with illness.

She was born in Greenpoint Brooklyn, NY on June 26, 1955, the daughter of the late Michael W Reilly and Marie A Reilly (McCauley). The family relocated to Albany NY circa 1968, where Kathleen attended Cardinal McCloskey High School (class of ‘73) and established many lifelong friendships.

Kathleen was a longtime employee of the Albany City School District. She also moonlit as a caterer at the Bucci Mctague Post, given her love of and talent for cooking. She had an affinity for children and animals…as well as the beach!

Kathleen was pre-deceased by her parents (Michael and Marie) and brother Michael W Reilly Jr. She is survived by her loving Son, Michael J Myers Jr (Rosie), Granddaughters Mikayla and Maryah, Sister Donna (Dan) Middleton, Brother Matthew (Danielle) Zink, and her nieces and nephews Victoria and Dea, Daniel and Patrick.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday February 6, 2024, from 4-7pm at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave, Albany NY 12209. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
