Jeram, Francis T.

GLENMONT- Francis T. Jeram, 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 24, 2012. He was born in Albany, the son of the late Frederick T .Jeram, Sr. and Marguerite Trombly Jeram. Frank was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and Siena College. He served in the Navy during World War II and was a retiree of the New York State Education Department.

Frank is survived by Theodora Strack Jeram, his wife of 61 years and their children; Pamela (Patrick) Whelan and Michael Jeram; grandchildren, Kathryn, Daniel, John and Megan Whalen; his sister, Mary G. Jeram and his brother Thomas W. Jeram. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Frederick T. Jeram, Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11 am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church. 35 Adams Pl, Delmar. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany, on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 4-7 pm. Interment will follow the Mass in Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Glenmont. Those who wish may make donations in memory of Frank to Captial City Rescue Mission, 259 South Pearl St, Albany, NY 12202.
