EAST GREENBUSH - Helen (Dolan) Ryan, 102, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday August 6, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. The wife of the late Eugene W. Ryan Sr., she is survived by her children, Eugene (Katherine) of Selkirk, Kathleen of North Greenbush, William of Castleton on Hudson, and Paul (Dianne Hart) of East Greenbush; her grandchildren, Kelly (Michael) Bailey of Glenmont, Christopher (Meghan) Ryan of Delmar, Sarah (Peter Enia) Ryan of Brooklyn; her great-grandchildren, Dan and Tim Bailey, and Sean and Katie Ryan; her dear friend, Mary McGovern; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Helen (Manning) Dolan; and her brothers, William Byron and James Dolan. A special thank you to her caregiver, Iris, and hospice nurse, Paul.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday August 10th at 9am at St. Pius X Church, 23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville. Friends and family are invited to visit with the family at the church from 8 to 9am. She will then be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in East Greenbush. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rensselaer County Hospice. Arrangements by Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Albany. Condolences can be posted at danielkeenanfuneralhome.com.
