Hart, Walter M.

ALBANY- Walter M. Hart, 87, entered into eternal life surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 26, 2011. Born in Troy, NY, son of the late James J.E. Hart and Bridget Blanche (Fennessy) Hart, he graduated from Catholic Central High School, Class of 1941 and Siena College, Class of 1953. He was a WWII Army Veteran in the European Theatre of Operations. Mr. Hart worked for the NYS Dept. of Social Services from 1947 to 1965; with the NYS Dept. of Health from 1965-1980 and later for the Governor
