Dydych, Deloris M.

DELMAR- Deloris M. Dydych, 88, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at home. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Nickoloi and Albina Dydych. She was an executive secretary with Empire State Concrete and Aggregate Producers. Deloris enjoyed reading and spending summers with family at Hampton Beach. She loved skiing and was a member of Uncle Sam Ski Club.

Deloris was kind and established caring friendships with everyone she met. She was a beautiful, loving and wonderful aunt who will be missed.

Deloris was the loving sister of the late Helen McLain, Stanley Dydych whom she cared for, Thaddeus and Edward Dydych. She was the dear aunt of Dennis (Aleta) McLain, Elaine McLain, Marybeth (Ed) Suprenant, Michael (Geri) Dydych, and the late Margaret Genter. She is also survived by grandnieces and nephews and great-grandnieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Deloris’ family on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave. Albany. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 391 Delaware Ave. Interment will follow the Mass in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
