Denninger, Susan E.

ALBANY- Susan Tesch Denninger, 74, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at home. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late William and Rita Tesch. Susan graduated from Philip Schuyler High School, where she met her future husband Robert.

She worked in the medical records department at St. Peter’s Hospital and retired from Albany Medical Center as Medical Records Manager.

Susan was a devoted mother and was extremely generous with her time and talents. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and crocheting. She was also a history buff and was an active volunteer at Ten Broeck Mansion.

Susan is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert. Denninger, Sr; her sons Robert Denninger, Jr. and Michael Denninger; her sister Marilyn DeJoy; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Kathleen Heere and her brother William Tesch.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with her family on Wednesday, December 7, from 4:00-6:15 pm concluding with a service at 6:30 pm in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home.
