GUILDERLAND – Kevin Michael Davis, 67, passed away peacefully in bed at his home in Guilderland,on September 29, 2022. Kevin was born in 1955, in Albany, to Marjorie and Arthur "Red" Davis. Growing up, Kevin was an alter boy, and was known for bringing his dog, Kelly, with him to church service. He was a graduate of Siena College, Loudonville, where he served in the ROTC. He went on to work with IBM, where he served as a financial director for more than 25 years. Kevin truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures and enjoyed time with his daughters and friends.
Kevin loved music and was particularly fond of the Beatles. He was an avid golfer and a member of the PGA. He was a life long NY Yankees fan and loved watching Football. Kevin played football in college, and he used to coach his children's soccer teams. He was known for bringing a cooler full of ice pops for the whole team, every practice.
Kevin leaves behind four daughters who he lovingly referred to as his "M&M's": Megan Davis of Poughkeepsie, Melyssa Graham of NYC, Mary Davis of Oakland, CA, and Mallory Davis of Boston, MA, and two grandchildren from NYC, Van and Vida Graham.
Kevin also leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Gregg and Jane Davis, his two nieces, Terry and Tracy and a nephew, Tim, of Albany, NY.
Kevin's family will be having a private ceremony to celebrate his life at Greymoor, The Holy Mountain Franciscan Retreat Center, as per his wishes.
