ALBANY- Bernard P. Coluccio, Sr., 96, of Albany, NY, died Wednesday, October 12, 2022 while at home. Born in 1926, the son of Frank and Concetta (Lemme) Coluccio, Mr. Coluccio was a member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 2 for decades as well as having received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Naval Service in June 1946 as a Seaman First Class.
Surviving is his wife of 69 years Marie T. (Zumbo) Coluccio; brother Joseph Coluccio of Mansfield, MA; son Bernard P. Coluccio, Jr. (Janette) of The Villages, FL;daughter Lynne Coluccio of Arlington, MA; son John Coluccio (Carol) of Albany; grandchildren Tessa Dorschied of Summerfield, FL, Bernard Coluccio, III of Fruitland Park, FL, John Coluccio, Jr., of Albany, and Emily Coluccio of Schenectady; as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Paul Coluccio; sister Catherine Cacciola and brother Leonard Coluccio.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 9-11:00 am in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc, 490 Delaware Ave. prior to the service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, please, make a donation to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
