Collins, Hughey Lee

ALBANY- Hughey Lee Collins, 66, passed away July 31, 2022 at the Stratton VA Medical Center. He was born and educated in Little Rock,Arkansas and served in the US Army in the 1970's. Mr. Collins worked atthe Albany VA Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Laurette Browne Collins, his brothers Moses R. Collins, Theodore A. Collins, Clifton Collins, his sisters Diane Collins and Stephanie Broadnax.

Hughey was predeceased by hisbrother William Collins, his stepfather John Broadnax, his mother Rosie Lee Broadnax.

Relatives and friends are invitedand may visitwithhis family on Friday,August 12, 2022 from10:00 am to 11:00amat the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc., 490 Delaware Ave.concluding with abrief prayer service at 11:00 am.Interment will follow at 12:30 pm in the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY.
