AVERILL PARK- Larry F. Clark, 60, passed Sunday, May 1st at his home after a long illness. Larry was born in Albany on June 16, 1950, the son of the late Ruth Hawkins and Maurice Clark. Larry was a graduate of St. Rose College in Albany. He retired in 2008 from the New York State Thruway Authority, where he was a systems programmer, and had been recently working from home as a remote systems administrator for Logicalis. Larry was interested in astronomy, was an avid reader, and enjoyed gardening and the company of his dog, Junior. He loved the many summer vacations spent camping at Acadia National Park with his family. Larry was a student at the Zen Mountain Monastery for many years of his adult life. Larry is survived by his son, Moss (Hannah) Clark, his grandson Oliver, his ex-wife MaryAnne Barry, his brother Daniel (Grace) Martin, his sister, Mary Ann and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Woody and his brother Jerry. At Larry’s request, there will be no services. Contributions in his memory can be made to the Zen Mountain Monastery, P.O. Box 197, Mt.
