Clark, J. Irene

GLENMONT- Irene (Zugnoni) Clark, 91, died Monday, June 20, 2011 at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born and educated in Rochester, NY, Mrs. Clark was a communicant of Historic St. Mary’s Church on Capitol Hill. She was predeceased in 2009 by her husband, Richard T. Clark. She is survived by her beloved son, Kim M. Clark and his wife Dr. Nancy C. Clark of Bethesda, MD, and her two cherished grandchildren, Brittany B. Bentley of Bellevue, Washington, and Lauren A. Clark of College Park, MD, and many nieces and nephews.

Irene and her family would like to say a special “thank you” to her many friends and neighbors who were so thoughtful and kind to her throughout the years.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24, 2011 at 8:45 am from the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc. 490 Delaware Ave.Albany thence to Historic St. Mary’s Church on Capitol Hill where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 4-7pm. Entombment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
