Cambareri, Francis J. “Frank”

TROY- Francis J. “Frank” Cambareri, 71, died Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Albany Medical Center.

Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Marciano) Cambareri. Frank graduated from Philip Schuyler High School and Russell Sage College evening division.He was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam Era. Frank later worked for NYS for more than 30 years, retiring as an auditor in the Health Department in December of 2002.

He was a member of the American Legion, Bethlehem Masonic Lodge, the Apollo King Solomon Lodge, Cyprus Shrine, Scottish Rite, and Knights of Pythius. He was an active community volunteer.

Frank is survived by many cousins. He was predeceased by his sisters Florence Marie Eriole and Antoinette Jones.

Relatives and friends are invited and may visit with his family Thursday, November 2nd from 4-7 p.m. in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany. Frank’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 3 rd at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 391 Delaware Ave. Albany. Burial will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
