Allen; her five sisters and three brothers; Ethel Williams, Vera Cobb, Daisy Cobb, Jongeline Foster and Cora Louise Cobb; her brothers Robert Cobb, William Warren, and Luther Guice. She leaves behind to cherish her memory one sister; Odessa Frazier of Auburn, Alabama, and her children Hershell Jr, of Halfmoon, Barbara of Albany, Sherman “Bilah” of Schenectady, Ronald of Florida, Michael of Maryland and Carmen of Albany; her two daughters-in-law, Chika and Wendy; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pearl was employed by the New State Department of General Services from the mid 70s and retired in 1996.
Much gratitude to her team of aides that, compassionately, cared for her over the years, while Carmen worked; a sky full of hugs, love, kisses and thank yous!!! To Diane Smith, Pearlina’s ride or die Angel on earth; a friend from the days of Clinton Ave, through her most difficult moments…and to the end of her journey. We love and appreciate you, forever!
